Mr.RON was working with the intelligence department of MINDEF in the early 90. He held an operational position in various combat units and Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) infantry leader class 1A.
Based on years of service to the Singapore government, he had attended numerous courses like; graduate diploma in counter terrorism, security, surveillance, security operations (Overseas), course commander and field intelligence course,
He was a graduate examiner certification on polygraph (USA), principle lecturer in military intelligence institute for field intelligence, interrogation skill, graduate peace support operations (SAF), school sergeant major in combat intelligence school, lead instructor on counter interrogation, kidnapping for SAF peace keepers in Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iraq, senior instructor on human intelligence operations in field intelligence unit, admitted as member of Singapore association of polygraph association (Statutory board), crisis negotiation by Singapore Police Force, civil military relations specialists operations, advance polygraph examiner certification (USA), sergeant major (Intelligence) for united nations peace keeping in Timor Leste, deployed at border of Timor Leste and Indonesia, coordination & planning with other Nation’s Security Teams, spokesman for civil military relations for SAF’s area of operation in Timor Leste (East Timor), graduated as a basic polygraph examiner from Criminal Investigation Department- Singapore,course commander military interrogation, graduate in human intelligence, military interrogation by Israel defence force, sergeant major of brigade reconnaissance company and held numerous operational, instructional appointments in various combat units & schools, and awarded with;

A polygraph popularly referred to as a lie detector measures and records several physiological indices such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and skin conductivity while the subject is asked and answers a series of questions. The belief is that deceptive answers will produce physiological responses that can be differentiated from those associated with non-deceptive answers.
