VANDALISM / MISCHIEF is an action done by anyone to personal belongings such as deliberate scratching of motor vehicles, pouring of paint on doors, smashing of windows or any personal belongings of Value. Victim(s) of Mischief may seek Redress through a Civil suit. However there is a fine line between "Vandalism and Mischief".
